These terms apply when you use the Treaty app ("Treaty", "we", "us"). By using Treaty you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Treaty is not a vet

Treaty uses artificial intelligence to give general information about foods, treats and plants for dogs and cats. Answers can be incomplete or wrong.

Treaty is not veterinary advice and does not replace a veterinarian. Always check with your vet before changing your pet’s diet, and never rely on Treaty in an emergency.

If your pet may have eaten something harmful or shows signs like vomiting, weakness, seizures or trouble breathing, contact your vet or an animal poison control service right away.

Your use of the app

You must be at least 13 years old to use Treaty. Use it only for lawful, personal purposes.

Do not try to copy, reverse engineer, overload or misuse the app or its servers, and do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

If you create an account, keep access to your sign-in method secure. You can delete your account at any time in the app.

Subscriptions

Treaty Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Prices, the length of each period and any introductory offer are shown before you buy.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID (or Google Play account) when you confirm the purchase. An introductory offer, such as a reduced first week, converts to the regular price at the end of the offer period unless you cancel.

Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Content and results

You keep ownership of the photos and text you add. You let us process them only to give you results.

Results, recipes and chat answers are provided "as is", for general information only. You are responsible for decisions you make about your pet.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Treaty is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for harm to any person or animal resulting from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Changes and ending

We may update the app and these terms. If we make important changes we will update the date above. Continuing to use Treaty after a change means you accept it.

You can stop using Treaty at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend access if the app is misused.
